Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general office administration and clerical duties efficiently.
- Support the Sales Leader with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries, emails, and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and digital record management systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
