Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive office records, filing systems, and databases with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation required for management meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Manage office inventory, including stationery supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, acting as the central point of contact for internal queries.
  • Assist in payroll processing and HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic accounting software is an advantage.
