RecruitFirst is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to join our dynamic team on a 1-year contract basis. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and basic payroll processing assistance.
- Prepare and compile reports and statistics as required by management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.
- Maintain and update employee records and filing systems accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience is preferred.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and standard office procedures.
