Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations and maintenance of office facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain a comprehensive inventory of company assets, equipment, and supplies, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility repairs, maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office spaces to identify maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on asset status, facility usage, and maintenance costs.
  • Enforce company policies regarding safety, security, and cleanliness of the workplace.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in facilities management, asset management, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and workplace protocols.
