Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in financial reporting, budget preparation, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit processes
- Process employee expense reimbursements and vendor invoices
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial forecasting and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/admin finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
