Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Admin Fire Safety Coordinator to join our expanding team in Karangan, Kedah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our workplace safety standards and ensuring strict compliance with local fire safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain all fire safety documentation, records, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate regular fire drills, safety briefings, and emergency evacuation training for staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire protection equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarm systems) to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with external fire safety authorities and ensure the company remains compliant with BOMBA regulations.
- Monitor and update emergency response plans and safety procedures as operational needs change.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on safety compliance and incident logs for management review.
- Support general administrative tasks related to facility maintenance and workplace safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related administrative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fire safety coordination or administrative safety roles.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Fire Safety Regulations and building safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for report generation.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations or emergency drills.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Karangan, Kedah facility.
