Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level administrative and technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of support requests, resolutions, and system status updates.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate with internal IT departments to escalate complex issues and track them through to resolution.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and perform routine administrative audits.
- Prepare periodic reports on helpdesk performance metrics and common user issues.
- Ensure all internal processes adhere to company IT security and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk, administrative support, or IT service desk role.
- Strong understanding of basic IT systems, troubleshooting processes, and Windows/Office environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in South Jakarta.
