PT Herun International Brand Management Jakarta is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Admin Host Live Streaming to join our growing e-commerce team. As the backbone of our digital sales operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of our live streaming hosts and ensuring that every broadcast runs seamlessly to maximize engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the dynamics of social commerce, and has a passion for brand growth. You will act as the bridge between our creative hosts and the operational backend, providing real-time support, monitoring metrics, and optimizing content flow to drive sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of live streaming hosts to ensure optimal broadcast coverage.
- Monitor live sessions in real-time, providing technical and operational support to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and analyze streaming performance metrics, including viewer retention, engagement rates, and conversion numbers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve live session quality and interaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align live streaming content with ongoing brand promotions and product launches.
- Ensure all streaming equipment and setups are functioning correctly prior to and during broadcasts.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable feedback to hosts to enhance their delivery and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of major live streaming platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of hosts.
- High level of familiarity with digital trends, social media marketing, and online sales dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shift flexibility.
- Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of analytical tools and reporting.
- Disciplined, proactive, and capable of solving operational problems under pressure.
