Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply procurement.
- Support the HR function by coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and payroll administration.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Coordinate office scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and external vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
