Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
- Assist in payroll administration including data entry, attendance tracking, and salary disbursement coordination
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records in HRIS systems
- Manage office administration including supply inventory, meeting coordination, and correspondence management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and documentation
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
