Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
- Coordinate corporate panel accounts, ensuring timely processing and clear communication.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and accounting duties to support financial accuracy.
- Handle HR documentation, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain effective filing systems and digital records for corporate compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-departmental workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to management as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
