Concubine Lane Souvenir is looking for a dynamic Admin & Human Resource Executive to support our growing team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR and office administration, ensuring accurate employee records, seamless recruitment processes, and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

You will partner with management to implement HR policies, assist with payroll preparation, coordinate employee onboarding, and maintain compliance with Malaysian labor regulations. Your strong organizational skills will help streamline administrative tasks, from managing supplies and vendor relationships to handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in HRIS.
  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate data for salary, EPF, SOCSO, and tax deductions.
  • Coordinate office administration, including supplies procurement, facility management, and vendor liaison.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle internal communications, meeting coordination, and management reporting.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and performance management processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR administration or office management roles.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and HRIS software.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
