Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and operational staff.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondences, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to reconcile billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and handle procurement requests.
  • Support daily office operations to ensure a professional and organized work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, billing, or accounts support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, especially with financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or SAP) is a strong advantage.
  • Must be comfortable working in the Tuas industrial area.
