CLC Marketing Ventures Corporation is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Admin & Leasing Manager to join our growing team in Quezon City. As a key member of our operations, you will manage both administrative functions and leasing activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maximize property occupancy.

In this dual role, you will oversee office administration, including supplies procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor management, while driving leasing success through tenant prospecting, contract negotiation, and relationship management. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth and reputation in the real estate market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee the full leasing cycle: market vacant units, screen applicants, negotiate terms, and execute lease agreements.
  • Maintain positive tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Ensure timely collection of rents, security deposits, and other payments; monitor arrears and follow up as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate property inspections, move-in/move-out procedures, and unit turnovers.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, local regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement administrative procedures and leasing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in property management, leasing, or office administration.
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes, contract management, and tenant relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willing to work full-time in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
