Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and workflow coordination
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance activities, including equipment servicing and facility upkeep
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping systems
- Procure and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Support employee onboarding processes and administrative onboarding procedures
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist in special administrative projects as directed by management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or liaison roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities and vendor management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
