- Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clerical and administrative support staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing corporate correspondence, including emails, memos, and official documents.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and easily retrievable filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and present findings to general management.
- Develop, implement, and enforce improved administrative procedures and office policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Admin Manager, or similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern office software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a highly proactive approach to workplace challenges.
