Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including document management, filing, and office supplies procurement.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth office workflow.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility for facilities services.
  • Manage social media platforms and update company website content regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and relevant business correspondence.
  • Support the management team in organizing company events and client presentations.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners to maintain professional business relationships.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
