Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including document management, filing, and office supplies procurement.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth office workflow.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility for facilities services.
- Manage social media platforms and update company website content regularly.
- Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and relevant business correspondence.
- Support the management team in organizing company events and client presentations.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners to maintain professional business relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
