As our Admin Marketplace, you will manage daily operations across various digital platforms, interact directly with our valued customers, and contribute to the end-to-end fulfillment process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain product listings across multiple marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Provide prompt and professional customer service by responding to inquiries, chats, and complaints.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely follow-up for payment confirmation and shipping status.
- Assist in the physical packing process, ensuring accuracy in order preparation and quality control.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and prevent over-selling.
- Create basic visual content and edit product images or short videos for marketplace updates.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and tracking of customer orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketplace Admin or in an E-commerce customer service role.
- Strong understanding of major Indonesian marketplace dashboard features.
- Proficient in basic image/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to work on-site in Surabaya and handle manual packing tasks as required.
