Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces
- Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to increase sales
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to marketplace orders
- Analyze marketplace data and provide insights for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace policies and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for marketplace listings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing online marketplaces
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
