Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations and facilities to ensure a productive work environment
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Provide support to the HR department in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
