Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and courier services.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company records and documentation.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly.
- Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and internal company meetings.
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as requested by management.
- Support HR and Finance departments with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Ensure the office environment remains conducive, professional, and compliant with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
