Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and courier services.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company records and documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and internal company meetings.
  • Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as requested by management.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment remains conducive, professional, and compliant with safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
