As an Admin Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, overseeing housekeeping operations, coordinating engineering or agency-related concerns, and managing various administrative tasks that keep our supermarket running efficiently.
In this role, you will work closely with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll handle documentation, coordinate with external agencies, monitor facility maintenance, and support management in implementing operational improvements. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for both employees and customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor security measures to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets
- Oversee housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
- Coordinate and address engineering, maintenance, and agency-related concerns promptly
- Manage administrative documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and service providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support management in operational planning and implementation of improvements
- Assist in inventory management and monitoring of supplies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in a retail or supermarket environment is an advantage
- Willingness to work in Kawit, Cavite and adapt to flexible schedules
