Robinsons Supermarket, a leading retail chain in the Philippines, is looking for an organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our Molino, Cavite team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of our store environment.

You will oversee the implementation of security measures, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams, and manage agency-related concerns to maintain a high standard of service for both employees and customers. Your duties will involve conducting regular inspections, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily security operations and enforce safety protocols across the store.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Manage relationships with engineering and external agency partners for timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Support administrative functions including record-keeping, reporting, and inventory checks.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of premises to identify and resolve potential hazards.
  • Implement emergency procedures and train staff on security and safety practices.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address operational concerns swiftly and efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, security, or facility management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and report to the Molino, Cavite location.
