Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate departmental meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Maintain accurate records and databases for administrative compliance
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records management
- Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and software systems
