Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate office records and filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in data entry and the preparation of routine reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and staff as required.
- Greet visitors and provide basic information about the company to clients and applicants.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new administrative procedures.
