Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for internal documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing necessary meeting materials.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with basic data entry and document processing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and conference logistics for team members when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new internal management software.
