Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal meeting logistics.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment cycles.
- Handle general inquiries from clients and stakeholders via phone and email.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc reporting and documentation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) is a strong advantage.
