We are looking for a dedicated Admin Officer (Central Kitchen) to join the operations team at Chang Cheng Group Pte. Ltd.. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the smooth running of our central kitchen facilities. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between kitchen operations and administrative management, ensuring that all processes are efficient and well-documented.
In this role, you will oversee critical aspects of our workflow, from inventory control and order coordination to logistics and record-keeping. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory logs for all kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Coordinate daily orders with suppliers and internal kitchen teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Oversee logistics arrangements to ensure the efficient delivery of goods.
- Prepare and file all necessary documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Assist in the administration of kitchen workflows and operational procedures.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve administrative queries and streamline processes.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications, or a Diploma in any discipline.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the F&B or Central Kitchen industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in Woodlands and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
