As an Admin Officer for Estate Planning, Development & Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our preschools remain safe, functional, and inspiring learning environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our facilities, ensuring they meet strict safety and regulatory standards. Your role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute estate planning projects effectively. From managing documentation to liaising with contractors, you will ensure smooth operations across all our centers in the Downtown Core region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of preschool facilities to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Coordinate and manage estate planning projects, including renovations and facility upgrades.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for facility services and repairs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to facility management and estate planning.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement processes for office supplies and facility needs.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative or facilities management experience.
- Familiarity with estate planning concepts and facility maintenance protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Singaporean work pass eligibility is preferred.
