  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of company files, documents, and databases.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal company events.
  • Assist in procurement processes by managing office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and general administrative documentation as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
