Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily management and optimization of the online store, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage product listings, including uploading images, writing descriptions, and updating pricing to ensure accuracy and SEO compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts and manage returns efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via email, live chat, and social media with a focus on high-quality service.
- Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, manage advertisements, and drive online traffic.
- Assist in the maintenance of the company website and ensure all digital content is up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, customer service, or retail operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
