Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial stewardship including budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation
- Implement AI-driven workflow solutions to optimize laboratory processes and service delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for laboratory equipment and consumables
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with department heads to align laboratory services with institutional objectives
- Ensure quality management systems and accreditation standards are consistently met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred for Senior Assistant Manager position
- 5-8 years of healthcare operations experience with 2+ years in laboratory or clinical management
- Proven expertise in financial management and budget oversight in healthcare settings
- Experience implementing process improvement methodologies and AI technologies
- Certification in Healthcare Management (CHAM) or Laboratory Operations (ASCP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and drive decisions
