Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? Asietex Sinar Indopratama is seeking a dedicated Admin Payroll to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage the end-to-end payroll process, from data verification to final disbursement. If you have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate net salaries, allowances, and deductions (such as income tax and insurance) according to company policy and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, attendance, and leave history.
- Prepare and submit statutory tax reports (PPh 21) to the relevant tax authorities on time.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to resolve payroll discrepancies and update employee information.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports for management review and budgeting purposes.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and confidential manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar accounting role.
- Familiarity with Indonesian Labor Laws, Tax Regulations (PP 23, PP 60), and Payroll Systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables) and payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and resolve them efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee data.
