Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end trade purchasing process, from requisition to order placement.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong, positive relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Manage product claims and ensure all documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices efficiently to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and source appropriate goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or excess stock to management.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
