In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the procurement of construction materials and equipment
- Research and identify reliable suppliers while negotiating favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for all project materials
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
- Collaborate with project managers to align procurement activities with project timelines
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance to ensure quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and inventory status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or project administration
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
