Are you a data-driven professional with an expert command of Excel and a passion for turning complex figures into actionable business insights? Harrisma is looking for a meticulous Admin Product & Data Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jawa Timur.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our sales operations and our Principal partners. You will be responsible for maintaining high data integrity, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring that our product data accurately reflects our market performance. If you have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to communicate technical findings through clear, professional presentations, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Compile, clean, and analyze complex datasets to support sales team operations.
- Create and maintain advanced Excel models and automated dashboards for daily reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials and performance reports for internal stakeholders and Principals.
- Monitor product inventory and sales data to ensure alignment with business targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to track KPIs and provide actionable market insights.
- Maintain database accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting metrics.
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met with high standards of accuracy and professional formatting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns.
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Experience in reporting to management or external Principals is a significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
