- Establish and monitor performance KPIs for promoter teams
- Conduct regular individual and team performance evaluations
- Calculate and process promoter compensation based on performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years in promoter management or team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation
- Experience with salary calculation systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail landscape
