Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and streamline supply chain processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Prepare regular operational and purchasing reports for management review.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new staff and handling general HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or operations support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and colleagues.
