Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the procurement process for the Life Bird division, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels for all necessary materials and supplies
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, transactions, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing administration
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred
