Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcoming clients warmly and professionally upon their arrival.
  • Managing the front desk operations and answering incoming calls efficiently.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure optimal salon workflow.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assisting with inventory management and basic administrative duties.
  • Collaborating with the hair stylists and management team to support daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business/Office Administration.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
