Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and e-commerce? Global Digital Niaga is looking for a dedicated Admin Reconciliation (Revenue) to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial integrity of our marketplace operations by managing complex data reconciliations.

As our Admin Reconciliation, you will be responsible for validating transaction data, identifying discrepancies across multiple sales channels, and ensuring that our revenue reporting is accurate and timely. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical skills necessary to maintain high standards of accuracy in our digital marketplace ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily reconciliation of sales transactions across various e-commerce marketplaces and internal systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in revenue and payment settlements.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to verify data integrity and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of transaction logs and reconciliation outcomes.
  • Prepare periodic reports on revenue performance and reconciliation status for management review.
  • Monitor platform fees, commissions, and adjustments to ensure correct financial processing.
  • Support the team in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or data reconciliation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas).
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace back-end systems or payment gateway reporting is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
