Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain sales documentation including contracts, invoices, and reports
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups across the sales lifecycle
- Support sales teams with CRM data entry and pipeline tracking
- Prepare sales presentations and marketing collateral materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for sales orders
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in administrative or sales support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in steel/manufacturing industry highly valued
- Basic accounting knowledge for invoice processing
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
