Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales department.
- Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team and management.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the department.
- Assist in lead generation activities and follow-up with potential clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a professional demeanor.
- Organize office files, contracts, and other essential documents.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
