In this dual-role position, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our sales operations while driving our social media presence through engaging video content. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly blend data management with creative storytelling to help us connect with our audience and grow our business.

As our Admin Sales & Content Creator, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations and our online brand voice. You will ensure that our sales processes run smoothly while crafting visually appealing short videos that resonate with our target market. This is an excellent opportunity for a multitasker who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily sales administration tasks, including data entry, order processing, and invoicing.
  • Create engaging, high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) for social media platforms.
  • Edit and optimize video content using professional editing software (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
  • Assist in social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales reports and performance summaries to management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate customer data and inventory management.
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating visual assets and promotional materials.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within sales or customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent video editing skills with a keen eye for detail and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
