You will manage high-volume daily interactions through our digital channels, ensuring that every customer receives prompt, professional, and personalized assistance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via various online platforms, including social media, marketplace chat, and WhatsApp.
- Actively promote Pro JerseyMX products and provide professional recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Execute the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal.
- Monitor and update product availability and price information on online storefronts.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and common queries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Admin, or Sales Staff, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive, and service-oriented personality.
- Proficient in operating computers, smartphones, and various marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills in Indonesian, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Residing in or willing to work in Sukoharjo, Central Java.
