Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Impact Power Mandiri is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for articulating our product value propositions and converting leads into loyal customers through clear, persuasive, and professional communication.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the resilience to meet daily outreach targets. You will play a crucial role in our sales department, building rapport with prospective clients and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Present detailed product information clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate lead information.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address objections professionally to facilitate sales closure.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to ensure conversion.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer sentiments and market trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set performance targets.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening during sales conversations.
