Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads and databases.
- Clearly communicate product value propositions to potential clients to generate interest.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly calling quotas and sales conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and feedback with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Follow up on potential leads to ensure high conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Prepare periodic reports on call activity and sales progress for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service (Call Center).
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain motivated and resilient when facing rejection.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Highly organized with a disciplined approach to time management.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to Tangerang Selatan.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
