Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections effectively to close sales.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert them into loyal clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
