Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust content strategies for better engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm fresh, trend-driven video and image content concepts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all digital channels.
- Perform administrative duties related to social media management, including reporting and database maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 26 years old.
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (minimum passive fluency).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Spark).
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media culture.
