Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and digital archives
- Coordinate internal communications and schedule department meetings
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain records
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation materials
- Monitor office supplies inventory and procurement requests
- Support event coordination and logistical arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations for department reviews
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines
- Knowledge of basic office equipment maintenance
